Returned Goods: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Authorization for return of merchandise must be obtained prior to returning goods. A restocking charge of 25% may apply on all material returned for credit, provided such goods are in saleable condition. Custom products, discontinued items, specialty items, etc., may not be returned for credit.
